Melanie Brooks came highly recommended, she responded quickly to our initial inquiry. This was important to us as all of the family members lived out of town, with limited time to spend in Huntsville.  When we met with Melanie and explained our needs, she was very understanding, enthusiastic, and optimistic that the house would sell quickly.  She was a one-stop realtor, she gave us realistic and manageable suggestions to make the home ready to put on the market. She was able to give us the name and number of the handy man she uses frequently and trusts.  As we had to leave town, Melanie oversaw the repairs, called in her cleaning lady to, for a reasonable price, clean the inside of the home.  Melanie then had a photographer take pictures of the home inside and out.  The home was listed on Friday and we had an offer on Monday.  Melanie did a great job of knowing the market and comparable selling prices in the surrounding area.  We would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking to sell their home or property.
